Our panel of three is made up of a brand creator with decades of FMCG experience, a digital marketing expert with an exceptional portfolio of Yorkshire food and drink businesses, and an acclaimed Chartered Trade Mark Attorney specialising in protecting food and drink brands.
The day will commence with short presentations from each of our experts, followed by open questions and case study exploration. Following a relaxed, networking lunch, the afternoon provides an opportunity to break out and benefit from one-to-one consultations with our industry experts, alongside group work and brand analysis. Some of these products have gone from a mere suggestion to UK No.1 best selling brands. He is currently writing a book about understanding and creating the emotional connection between brands and consumers.

He works with producers to raise awareness of their brand, drive sales and increase revenue. His passion is developing relationships and working closely with clients to achieve their business goals.

Rebecca Grant is a Senior Trademark Attorney at HGF and has considerable experience in all aspects of brand protection, with a particular expertise in trademarks and registered designs. She works with a range of clients in the food and drink sector, including individuals, SME’s and larger international companies. Rebecca understands the importance of protecting a brand in an industry where copycat products are ever increasing. She enjoys working with her clients to gain an understanding of the value of IP, what they have, and how best to protect it.
